Should you buy Nokia E51?
Hey, all you techies out there!! As we all know Nokia came up with this flashy gadget last year with some great features at simply amazing price. We may want to call Nokia E71 younger brother, in size as well as price. Its a stylish sleek smartphone packaged with essentials for business and private life.
We all are aware of the packed features that comes along with it, which can be found in details at:
Nokia
GSM Arena
Nokia
or any of your favorite mobile website ;-)
Important thing to discuss is the applications for Nokia E51. Yes, there are couple of good sites recommended by nokia:
store.ovi.com
www.s60.com (which is closed now)
and there are lot more on the WEB, list is endless. I personally like store.ovi.com as you can get
applications of daily use. There is an endless list of applications but do we really need them or even if we download, do we ever use them? Or they simply sit in the application manager? This is the question which you should ask yourself before downloading every great looking application.
I recently downloaded few good ones or I should say few which I liked ;-)
Snaptu is a free mobile service that offers you a selection of fun and useful applications. A fast and easy way to access the Internet on your phone. Turns your existing phone into a cool Internet device. Get your Nokia E51, an iPhone look.
Another one is FlipFont, the utility that allows you to change your phone's font. It comes as a free application with 3 font styles, for more fonts yes, you need to loose your pockets. I would not call this a neccesity, however, I would say to get your E51 a new look from that default boring font.
Another great application I would say is Theme DIY. A software that lets you create your own personal theme right on your Nokia S60 phone! Select any photo from your gallery and make it a theme, its that simple. Honestly there are not much themes available for Nokia S60 3rd edition phones as compared to java phones, but this application made it so easy.
